From the jerk chicken to the rainbow pound cake ( with jam in the middle ), the food was AMAZING!!!!! Everybody is ranting and
raving about the jerk chicken. My in-laws were very impressed. More orders to come in the near future.

You cannot compare these patties with others. They're in a classs all by themselves. Distinctive taste. Can't wait to

There is something special about these homemade patties. Everything made from scratch, a good amount of meat and sweet
tasting dough. A dozen never lasts long at my home.
I`ve had the jerk probably ten times as well. It has always been great and hit the spot.

We have ordered several times from Chef Al for various occasions. The Jerk Chicken is the best I've had! And ALL of the patties are
to die for! The Rum punch has always been a party favourite on many occasions. We have tried several variations of pastries and
dessert items and have been delightfully surprised every time. Keep up the great cooking & baking Al! Looking forward to the next
occasion. You have perfected and expanded the Caribbean flavour throughout Montreal as well as the Laurentians!

If you like Caribbean patties and pastries - This is a *great* place. Makes for great gifts, too! And pretty good prices.

I cannot bake. But if I could, I would try to duplicate AL's lovely recipes.

We buy all of our office meeting refreshments.. Everything from PATTIES (BEEF AND VEGETARIAN ), RED BELLIES,
COCONUT TARTS, SWEET BREAD .....it goes on and on.... they don't deliver but they better start delivering : x ...

I'm biased, but still, love these desserts. : )

Let me know when you start delivering Ox tail, fish, goat and Rice and Peas for lunch.....

I have had the pleasure of having Al cook for me on numerous occasions and can not say enough (nuff) about the great taste and
service! In fact, I am currently sipping on Sorel and snacking on coconut cake...YUM!!!!! Never mind the rum punch.....classic
summer, winter and anytime party cocktail.. look forward to many more meals and drinks with great laughs
